All prices are listed in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of any obvious error.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.

You represent and warrant that:

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within Australia unless otherwise stated on our store.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, incorrect delivery information, supply delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched, but we will assist customers where reasonably possible if an order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind returns, we may set conditions such as return timeframes, unused condition, original packaging, proof of purchase, and return shipping requirements. These change-of-mind conditions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 7 - PRODUCT USE AND CARE

Our products are intended for ordinary household use unless otherwise stated.

For bathroom glass cleaning cloths and related home cleaning products, always follow any care instructions provided on the product page, packaging, or insert.

You should avoid using products on unsuitable, delicate, coated, tinted, damaged, or treated surfaces unless you have first tested them on a small inconspicuous area and confirmed suitability.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, use with harsh or unsuitable chemicals, use on unsuitable surfaces, or ordinary wear and tear, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Way Basics. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Way Basics, including any injury, damage, loss, refund, return, product issue, or customer service matter relating to products purchased from us.

By using our store, you acknowledge that Shopify provides the platform but is not the seller of our products.
